THERAPY FOR ANXIETY & DEPRESSION IN GALVESTON & ACROSS TX & MI
Learn to accept & move through uncertainty. Have the confidence to truly live.
For a long time, staying busy kept the overwhelm and worry at bay—now, even that’s not working.
MAYBE YOU FIND YOURSELF…
Running on empty—taking care of everyone else while quietly falling apart inside.
Waking up with a sense of dread, stuck in a job you hate, in a life that doesn’t feel like yours anymore.
Questioning everything—your career, your relationships, your purpose, and the point of living in general.
Using booze, food, shopping, or something else just to numb out and get through the day.
Feeling completely alone, even when you’re surrounded by people, like you're not really there anymore.
Wondering where your joy went—and if it’s ever coming back.

Nothing you’ve tried so far has filled the void. It’s time to try something different.
You know you need to make real changes if you’re ever going to feel better—you just don’t know what that would actually look like (or how to get there). I can tell you for sure that it doesn’t involve avoiding your emotions, numbing out, or spiraling over things you can’t control. But together, we can figure out what will help you feel more at peace and fulfilled, one honest conversation at a time.
HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER
Pushing you to feel your feelings & take care of you.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Real change takes time, effort, and a willingness to get uncomfortable. Sometimes I’ll say things that are hard to hear—and you might get pissed at me, or at yourself, or just the world in general. That’s okay. I can handle all of it.
My job is to support you, to challenge you when you need it, and to help you get clear on what you actually want out of this life. We’ll dig into how your past shaped your reactions and choices, and then we’ll work together to unlearn the patterns that aren’t serving you anymore—so you can build a life that actually feels good and authentic to you.
I’m not here to pathologize you or tell you you’re broken. I’m here to help you understand that what you’ve been doing to cope made sense at the time—it kept you safe. But now, it might be getting in the way of your peace. We’ll practice letting emotions in instead of shutting them down, so they don’t build up and take over the way they have been.
You’ll learn how to be okay with not always being okay, and how to give yourself the rest and care you need to actually feel better—not just look like you’re doing fine on the outside. Whatever life throws your way, you’ll get through it. You always have. Let’s make sure you don’t have to do it alone this time.
Therapy for anxiety & depression can help you…
Show up differently in your relationships — Whether it’s reconnecting with your partner, being more present with your kids, or setting boundaries with family, you can feel close to your loved ones without losing yourself in the process.
Quiet the constant overthinking — Learn to stop spinning out over every “what if” and start trusting that you can handle whatever life throws your way.
Put yourself on your own to-do list — Practice giving yourself permission to rest, take breaks, and meet your own needs without guilt, shame, or explanation.
Understand your emotions instead of fighting them — Learn that anxiety, depression, and other big feelings aren’t signs that something's wrong. They’re natural, human responses, and you can feel them without being swallowed by them.
Feel more confident making decisions and living your life — Stop trying to get it “right” all the time and start trusting that even if something doesn’t work out, you’ll figure it out and keep going.
Find clarity and purpose, even when life is messy — Feel more certain about who you are, what matters to you, and how to live more fully—even when things are hard or uncertain.

REAL CHANGE TAKES TIME, COMMITMENT, & REPETITION.
The sooner we start, the sooner life starts feeling like yours again.

Anxiety and depression can show up for a lot of reasons—stress, grief, burnout, trauma, big life changes, or even just trying to hold it all together for too long. Sometimes it’s something specific that sets it off, and other times, it slowly builds until you realize you just don’t feel like yourself anymore. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, but what I do know is that you don’t have to figure it out alone. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on underneath and help you start to feel more like you again.

Anxiety isn’t something you just “get rid of”—it’s actually a part of being human. In fact, a little anxiety can be useful as it keeps you alert and aware. But when it takes over your life, therapy can help you build the skills to notice it, feel it, and move through it without letting it run the show. We’ll work on helping you understand your anxiety, not fear it, and learn how to navigate life without trying to outrun your own feelings.

Depression can feel like being weighed down, like no matter how hard you try, you just can’t get your energy or joy back. You might feel numb, exhausted, unmotivated, or like you’re just going through the motions—sometimes even questioning everything: your job, your relationships, your purpose. It’s not just “feeling sad”—it’s feeling disconnected from yourself and the world. If that sounds familiar, therapy can help you start to untangle what’s going on and find a way back to feeling alive again.
